Formula

REFRESH Formula | Proraso's first line and still evergreen, it's suitable for all beard and skin types.
With the properties of Eucalyptus Oil and Menthol, the formula is designed to combine cleansing and toning with a refreshing and revitalizing effect.

Directions

  1. Massage a dollop of Pre-Shave Cream into the skin, leaving a visible film
  2. Make a lather with your Shave Cream, either in your hands or with a brush, apply directly over the top of the Pre-Shave Cream, and shave
  3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and finish with a splash of After Shave Lotion to seal, tone and cool the skin

Excellent Shaving Cream Kit

Moved over to this shaving cream from the over the counter canned stuff. The performance is night and day compared to the regular shaving cream. Starting with the preshave lotion really does make a difference and when applying the cream it goes on so smoothly and produces a very thick layer. A very minor issue and is definitely subjective is just how strong the scent is and the menthol can be a bit much at the beginning. Overall, the performance of the shaving cream is outstanding and my razor just glides right over my skin with the Proraso Shaving Cream.

Proraso - The Ultimate Shave, period.

Long story short, I'm 58 years old and have never had a better shave in my life, ever, than with Proraso shaving products. I recently stumbled across Proraso when the shaving soap I normally use was sold out on Amazon and boy am I glad I did. It is an amazing experience to use such high quality shaving soap and products. From the pre-shave cream, to the tubed shaving creme, to the after shave lotion, never before have I enjoyed such a close and comfortable shave. I use the "Refreshing" blend and love the menthol and eucalyptus properties of these products as they make shaving a pleasure and leave my skin in excellent condition, feeling great. I am definitely a Proraso customer for life!
