Never got my order

I love the product but I never received it. When I contacted proraso they told me they would send out a replacement order. I have yet to receive the replacement order and now when reaching out no reply.

I've been using this for 40 years.That's right.I think the products are excellent.
I have a beard now and I start using there beard Scrub. Plain and simple it's just as good as all their products. I discovered these products in italy and were not available in US as they are now. .
