Makes shaving a refreshing experience

Great product

Big fan of this product. Did have a shipping hiccup this time but Proraso made it right immediately.

Break out of razor bumps

Ist time I used the 3 products I applied it with a shaving brush made with boars hair and I noticed maybe 3 or 4 razor bumps. Thinking I had a allergic reaction to the boars hair that I had used for the first time, 4 days later I use the product again using my synthetic shaving brush and noticed a huge cluster this time on my neck. I spoke to a representative on the phone and he said don’t use the product again. You are allergic to it. He recommended two products that he sent me one for sensitive skin and coarse beard. Both products worked great! The representative offered to refund me , that I never asked for. To date I haven’t received a refund . I even said if you like to just send me the product that works for me that would be fine. So it’s taking a while but the bumps are getting better but it’s a slow process.
