This is NOT what I ordered!

Not only was the fragrance VERY different (it isn't unpleasant but it is NOT the same fragrance as what I wanted and what I thought I was ordering) but the very texture/consistency of the product is completely different. My favorite Proraso product has, for years, been the "Crema Liquida Dopobarba" Rinfrescante After Shave Balm. I have used this for years and it's very soothing, refreshing, calming on my skin after I shave, and the fragrance is absolutely wonderful. When I received my order, what was shipped was "Baume Après-Rasage" Rafraìchissant and the consistency is thicker, heavier, and not nearly as soothing or calming after a fresh shave. Like the fragrance, the product itself is not "unpleasant" but this is not what I ordered nor what I had hoped to receive. Interestingly, in the package, along with the "wrong" product that was shipped to me, Proraso had included several small "trial" packs of the very product I had ordered: I took pictures of both but there is no way to include photos in this review. I am hoping that someone from Proraso will read this review and understand my unhappiness and dissatisfaction. I'm also hoping that they still produce the Crema Liquida Dopobarba Rinfrescante in the original formula and fragrance as what I have been using for years. I will gladly order more of that product but what they sent me is so different from what I thought I was purchasing, and from the product I have been using for years, that I am extremely unhappy with Proraso.
