It's perfection!

I got the entire course beard set, and the preshave is very effective, the shaving cream maintains a lather perfectly and doesn't dry out on me, and the aftershave lotion and balm both work amazingly. I normally use the lotion to clear and disinfect any nicks or cuts and the balm to seal in hydration. My face has never felt this smooth before.

Amazing Product

I've used Proraso for a few years now and love their products. I recently switched to the coarse beard formula from the sensitive line, and it has been great for my skin! Zero razor burn, even days after a shave. These products are great quality and last me a long time.

Not for me

I was not overwhelmed by the scent. In the container all three were pleasant but on my skin not so pleasent. So, I would like to take this opportunity to give five stars to Proraso's customer service. I reached out to Proraso and informed them that the Sandalwood scent was not working for me. I was contacted back by Diana who assured me that yes, I can return it for a complete exchange. I did and the complete Sensitive skin formula is currently on its way to me right now. I was kept informed during the exchange process and given notification when the new bundle shipped. Thank you Proraso and especially Diana for your level of professionalism and attention to your customers needs.
