Shaving Cream Tube: Sensitive Skin
Proraso Shaving Cream for Sensitive Skin provides a rich, creamy lather to prepare skin prone to irritation for a close shave without razor burn. Oatmeal and Green Tea soothe and protect inflamed, sensitive skin. Features a hint of the light, refreshing scent of lime and apple. Made with a special "hot soap" process, it's left to mature in small batches for 3 days, producing an extremely fine, thick and creamy soap that produces a soft, rich lather, with or without a shaving brush.
• 90% of ingredients of natural origin
• Cruelty-free and no ingredients of animal origin
• No parabens, phthalates, silicones, mineral oils, artificial colors or SLS
• Made in Italy
Tips for the perfect shave
I'm glad Proraso reformulated their shaving creams--particularly the sensitive skin version, where they took out the menthol. Menthol, fragrance, eucalyptus, peppermint (or any mint), witch hazel, citrus oils and extracts, camphor, isopropyl and SD alchols are all known skin irritants (NOT internet rumor, but scientific fact) and shouild not be in any skin care product. Unfortunately Proraso persists in adding this garbage to their products.
The Sensitive Skin shaving cream has good slickness, but the lather is a little thin and doesn't provide quite enough cushioning. The fragrance, which should've been left out--especially for sensitive skin--is way too strong. Overall, I'm satisfied, and the product is good value for the money, but it should've been a little better.
My search is over. Best shaving cream, and a little goes a long way.Because l also shave my head I like a shave cream that stays white to know where I left off last stroke.Pair it with the pre shave cream and you got an excellent shave.Never thought I would look forward to shaving again. Very Satisfied.😀
still evaluating after 2 shaves... I am hopeful of my transition from Anthony Logistics Shave Gel to Proraso.
